THE EXCELLENT MAN
Padmore Y. Amati (Padmore-Othniel) is a servant leader, leadership mentor, author, and youth development advocate committed to raising purpose-driven leaders who will influence their generation with excellence, integrity, and service.
Driven by a deep conviction that leadership is stewardship, he is passionate about equipping young men and women to discover their God-given purpose, develop strong character, and lead with lasting impact in every sphere of society.
Professionally, Padmore serves as the Operations Manager of one of Ghana’s leading indigenous oil and gas service companies, bringing over a decade of experience in Operations, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and organizational leadership. He holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Risk Management from the Open University of Malaysia and is a Certified ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor.
An award-winning youth leadership changemaker, Padmore has been recognized by the RAIN Foundation (Ghana) in partnership with the World Conference of Mayors (USA) for his outstanding contribution to youth development and leadership.
He is the author of Don’t Wait for the Stage, a compelling call to purposeful, Spirit-led servant leadership, and a sought-after speaker who has inspired audiences across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa on leadership, Career, purpose, faith, and service.
Through every platform, Padmore remains committed to one mission: raising young people to become extraordinary leaders who transform their communities, nations, and the world through purposeful service.
LEADERSHIP
As a called young man, deeply conscious of his assignment to serve God and humanity through servant leadership, Padmore has intentionally submitted himself to studies, research, mentorship, teaching and guidance of diverse leaders and instructors. These experiences have shaped his understanding of leadership and prepared him to make meaningful impact across different disciplines, generations and walks of life.
MINISTRY
With a deep conviction that God desires to reach His creation and draw humanity into a fruitful relationship with Him, Padmore is passionate about sharing the message of the Kingdom of God, the love of God, and the transformative life that comes through reconciliation with God through the Lord Jesus Christ. As a called Pastor, his ministry is rooted in the desire to see lives restored, transformed and aligned with God’s purpose, while inspiring people to live as expressions of His Kingdom here on earth.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Padmore strongly believes that every individual carries within them an innate potential—an asset waiting to be discovered, developed and deployed for the benefit of humanity. This conviction fuels his passion for coaching, mentoring and facilitating the growth and development of children and young people, helping them discover their potential, build character and become purposeful contributors to society.
MISSION STATEMENT
Padmore is on a mission to raise 5,000 God-fearing servant-leaders who are constantly on the journey of self-development which translates to positive change in their area of profession, community, Africa and the globe.

Standing for uprightness and truth, and do not encourage unscrupulousness and indiscipline.
Personal Development
Emphasis is laid on a constant analysis of oneself at each stage in life, to assess one’s skills, talents and purpose in life, in order to set tailored goals and challenge oneself maximize available resources to realize one’s life’s purpose.
Stewardship
Padmore understands and upholds the truth of our place as stewards of all God has placed under our charge, and that there is a need to diligently keep and account for them.

A constant quest to become better, and maximizing potentials to their peak at every stage in life.

Padmore’s passion is to ultimately see fruition and a positive impact in the lives of the youth and all who come into contact with him and all the projects he embarks on.
Nurturing Leaders
Padmore believes that leaders must raise other leaders to ensure a perpetuity ofnurturing the potential of young leaders to ensure continuous availability of the right leaders for a transformed society.
